Organizer

You need help, advice to insure your event, we have a long experience in the insurance of Motor Sport Events (Meetings, Rallys, Circuits, Track Days, Championships …), we put our expertise at your service and we will promote your event to our contacts.

We are able to take out your insurance directly, even by telephone, and also to provide you with your insurance certificate immediately.

Legal obligation of the event organizer:

  • To provide an Event Organiser's insurance certificate in application of article R331-30 of the Sporting Code.
  • You must check before the start of your event that each Driver holds a valid driving licence or CASM for motorcycles.

Our RC ORGANIZER CONTRACT covers :

  • The Civil Liability of the Organizer
  • Civil Liability Circulation of Participants
  • Optional: you can take advantage of pension cover

This contract can be taken out on a yearly basis.
